Holiday Council is our end-of-year program that gives you a chance to reconnect to your dreams + recommit to your goals. It's a three week goal-setting course for smart + soulful women done in community. Through a mash-up of calls, deep prompts, gorgeous worksheets, visioning meditations, and flexible action planning — I walk you through a process that's... A little bit practical, a little bit magical + a whole lot of useful.

The Holiday Council is set up to be affordable way to get and stay involved in Stratejoy — we look forward to welcoming you back, year after year. We’ve been doing the Holiday Council for thirteen years now and it’s incredible to see it becoming a treasured December tradition for so many.

3 Calls with Molly (Replay Available)

I’ll be teaching and sharing; you’ll be listening and writing (and drinking wine or cocoa/commuting/hiding from your children). This year, the AUDIO ONLY calls will be recorded and posted in our online Headquarters on Monday mornings. I'll be hosting a Zoom listening party on Tuesday evenings for those who want to gather live! We'll connect for a bit on video + in the chat and then complete the call together. Join us for the listening party or listen on your own schedule. Either way works! There's plenty of women who don't even start their "HoCo" work until January.

2 Gorgeous Prompt-Filled Workbooks

Once you register, you’ll get immediate access to the 2023 Holiday Council Workbook to use during the calls and to complete your challenges in between. You can either print out your PDF worksheets (getting them printed + bound at a Staples/Kinkos works perfectly) or fill them out online!

I'm also providing a "HoCo in Action" workbook for those of you who want to utilize our quarterly review + planning calls, as well as a monthly check in for self-accountability. I plan on printing out both workbooks + getting them bound together in the same spiral notebook!

You’ll refer to these worksheets full of personal reflections all year long as you plan out passion projects, hard conversations, travel, new habits and prioritizing your desires.

Inspiring End-of-Year Interview Collection

You’ll get immediate access to 10 years of HoCo Interviews with the fabulous people listed below. It's a diverse mix of powerhouse humans who all share a passion for living their purpose. Hearing each of their stories about how they reflect back + plan forward will remind you that there are no “right” ways to go about crafting and living a meaningful, joyful, lit up life. We each have to figure out what works for us!

2 Monthly Text Messages for Inspiration

How cool would it be to get love-filled text messages from me with specific reminders about your word of the year + ways of being? Checking in on your goals? Always magically timed to give you a lift right when you need it?

3 Review Calls in 2024 for Accountability

These 75 minute long Zoom calls (happening at the end of March, June + September) with Molly are your chance to touch base with the intentions and goals you dreamt up for the year.

Why? In order to make magic in your life, you need to be aware of your desires and your progress. You need a system for continually returning to yourself and your center. And it’s way more fun to do it with the community that originally witnessed your goals!

By joining us for Holiday Council, you’ll get quarterly invitations to review your progress from the previous 3 months and action plan for the months ahead.

Easy to Navigate Online Headquarters

Each week, new content with be released in our Headquarters — the recorded call + weekly challenges + the recording of our bonus weekly zoom Shake + Sit session. You’ll be able to access them for all of 2024 in one easy-to-navigate home.

You’ll also get an email from me each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during the Council with short Connection Question to share with us in our Community Space or in your own journal!

Private Online Community (not FB!)

This will be our online den of inspiration and accountability where we gather to report on the challenges, share “ahas” and celebrate success together during December + January.

The group is special part of our time together! It’s where we connect, answer the short Connection Questions, and cheer each other on as we gain clarity about what we’re craving for 2024. Doing this work in the company of other positive, brave-hearted women adds an extra level of motivation to help you keep your commitments to yourself.

The *BRAND NEW* community space hosted on Heartbeat will officially go live on Sunday, December 3. And yes, I will be actively involved in the page during our official 3 weeks together. The community space stays open for connection + peer support through the end of January, so you'll have plenty of time to finish your Holiday Council work in an supportive environment. We also open it back up for a week every quarter to share celebrations + ask for support as we complete our quarterly reviews.

You may choose not to join the online community. That’s cool too. Make this process work for YOU.

BONUS LIVE EVENTS

For those of you who love the live interaction + community camaraderie of Stratejoy -- I've got a few different bonus live events in the works for this year's Holiday Council. Weekly Shake + Sits (30 minute embodiment practice using the songs from the week to move + use our bodies) are back! The January weekend morning Pajama Party (like co-working, but for HoCo) is happening too! While all events are live on Zoom video, there will be recordings of everything in HQ.

Tapestry : Yearlong Stratejoy Community

I'm so ready for our yearly tradition of gathering to Release, Renew, + Remagic. 2023 has been quite the year of "Uncharted" for me + I'm ready to discover what is next. I can't wait to see what is next for you, too!

And I'm SO excited to stay connected all year for those of you who choose to continue with Tapestry-- our new year long community space. Creating this online home is something you've been asking me for + 2024 was finally the year to kick it off. Tapestry isn't another program full of content; it's a way to stay connected to your intentions for the year AND to each other.

Tapestry is something we will be creating together this year + is only available to those who participate in Holiday Council. You can definitely join now, but it will be available as an upgrade through January 15th when we officially start. You're welcome to join anytime between now + then.
